My superpower is creating responsive structures and processes for leaders and teams who embrace big and challenging work. I am dedicated to orgs working to protect land, nature, and biosystems, usually through better urban systems and better executive leadership. I am a recognized and award-winning leader of teams and movements for changing public services and infrastructure. I also advise startups.
My family are migrators and travelers. I’m at home in New York City, Northern Virginia, Oakland, and Hawaiʻi island. I enjoy making perfect chai, swimming fast in the ocean, and bumping into neighbors. I have Computer Science, Transportation Engineering, and City and Regional Planning degrees.
